You signed the sheet. So when a label is wrong or a device turns out to have been missed, it’s your name on it — whether or not anyone told you the building had changed.

The labels quietly went wrong

They were right at commissioning. Then the client turned Meeting Room 2 into a store cupboard and told nobody. You only find out when someone's at the panel hunting for a device — and it looks like your mistake.

A big site needs a second body

Someone has to stand at the panel and read out what came in while you walk. On a large site, or a networked system with panels in different buildings, that's a second engineer's day — or a lot of walking back.

Afterwards, it's just your word

A tick sheet filled in at the van proves nothing if the client asks what you actually tested, or claims a device was missed. Without a record off the panel, you can't show them — you can only tell them.

Nothing inside the panel changes. The unit listens on a port the panel already has, and dials out on its own SIM — so it works on panels of any brand and any age, including the ones nobody supports any more.

Unit onto the panel

A small unit plugs into the panel's printer or serial port and dials out over its own mobile SIM — no site network, no IT, nothing changed inside the panel. Leave one fitted at each site, or carry one and move it between them.

Events decoded

AgenticFire reads the panel's output as it comes in, keeping the raw text verbatim and turning it into devices, loops, addresses and zones you can search — held off the panel, so it outlives the panel's own log.

You walk, it records

Trigger a detector and it appears within seconds, named. Confirm the label or flag it as wrong, on the spot. Coverage climbs as you go, so you can see what you haven't reached yet.
